About this Piano
The K-500 stands 51 inches tall — the tallest in Kawai's K Series — and delivers exceptional tonal power and dynamic range thanks to its extended string lengths and larger resonating cabinet. The Millennium III Upright Action with ABS-Carbon parts offers an ultra-responsive touch with extraordinary control, while the high-quality solid spruce soundboard projects a rich, singing tone. NEOTEX key surfaces provide a natural feel in any humidity. Available in Polished Ebony, Satin Ebony, Sapele Mahogany Polish, and a limited 60th Anniversary Edition. An optional AURES2 silent system is also available. Crafted in Japan.
