Return Policy
A piano is a once-in-a-generation purchase, and we want you to feel completely at home with yours. So here’s our policy in plain language: every sale is final — with one important exception we’ll always honor.
All Sales Final
Why every sale is final
Every instrument that leaves our showroom has been hand-selected, inspected by our certified technicians, and prepared specifically for you — then delivered, placed, and tuned in your home. Because each piano is chosen and made ready for its new owner, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a sale is complete.
We’d much rather you fall in love with the right piano from the start than send one back — and that’s exactly what we’re here to help you do.
The One Exception
If your instrument is defective, we make it right.
In the rare case that a piano arrives with a genuine defect in materials or workmanship, we will take care of it — no stress, no runaround. Depending on what we find, we’ll repair the instrument, replace it, or arrange its return.
Just reach out to us promptly after delivery so our technicians can have a look. Where a manufacturer’s warranty applies, we’ll help you make the most of it, too.
Before You Decide
How we help you choose with confidence
I.
Play it first
Spend real time at the keyboard in our showroom. There’s no substitute for hearing and feeling an instrument before it comes home.
II.
Ask our technicians
Our certified team will walk you through the condition, history, and care of any piano, and answer every question honestly.
III.
Take your time
There’s never any pressure. We’d rather you be certain than quick — this is an instrument meant to last for generations.
